Thanks again to Fred W2TZ for the use of his antennas. 

Had some of the nicest runs in a long time this weekend, but in between some of
the same what's going on with this band and why can I barely get out (see 40M
numbers). First time for me on 160 (new antenna at W2TZ's) and was a pleasure.


First 4 hours on 20 were great, then took an hour break when I shouldn't have
and came back to restart on 40 with dismal results. Should have been OK to go
on 75 but it wasn't until later, so time for an unplanned 1/2 hr break. 75
picked up finally and had to then decide when to kill the last 1/2 hr. Did it
around 10 to just get away from all the noise, and glad I did. 75 and 160 were
great, and had 80 in the last hour on 75. 

All in all a great event, and really enjoy the format. Now looking forward to
NAQP Rtty!
