Comments:

Fun contest.
All S&P 
10 and 15 lacked nany signals I could work.
40M was easier than any other band with some of the weaker ones, as long as
nobody else was calling them.
All bands were noisy, 20M best band.
20M only band for hearing/working R3xx contestants. 
I worked 22 of the 48 R3xx from 03-0430z, only time they were heard.
