Thanks to Flavio IK1YDB.
Not only bad and very strange propagation but also the new rules made the
contest quite difficult. 
We allways raise score with stateside qso's increasing multipliers and qso's
number, but this time around 300 usa and 100 prefixes less then last year
penalized us quite a bit.
With these new rules we have less qso's less fun and less new contesters who
wants to grow up with us.  We also will not set up a second mutipliers station
just for a little number of qso's. We'll probably change cathegory next year.
