Comments:

One of the four Single Op, Single Band efforts from NK7U this weekend. This one
achieved its goal of breaking the existing North America SOSB 40M record of
12,716 points. Antenna was a 4/4 stack. The band was in relatively noisy both
nights and Joe had to fight the BY Dragon, hecklers, and other intentional
anti-contest QRM. Things were very slow the second night with activity starting
pretty late as 20M was open from JA to EU capturing the attention of the JA
contesters until well after sunset their time. Congrats to N2NL @ NH2T for a
big 40M score. Thanks to all those that did visit 40M and give us a QSO. 

Thanks to Tack, JE1CKA, and the rest of the JIDX team and plaque sponsors for
putting on a great contest. They have some of the best looking plaques around.
