Comments:

The one dupe per contact innovation seemed to work well, but few players in the
first 15 minutes. Then at 0230z, the guys who hadn't checked the
reflectors(CQ-Contest, NCCC-Blue, etc.) for the format this week showed up. 

For those who don't like changes in format, the next Ladder starts next week,
with the usual rules.
