Comments:

My time to participate was limited again. QSO count down from past efforts.

This was a S&P effort for me. 20m was really humming over the weekend, yet
I had better rates on 15m. This was especially true on Sunday p.m. (local
time). I experienced some high noise (QRN) levels on Sunday which drove me from
20m to 15m which was very quiet by comparison.
