Comments:

Not much DX, but otherwise excellent conditions, a huge improvement over last
weekend for CQWW CW.  One of my RBN's from KS reported a S/N of 85 dB, which is
either an error or a truly anomalous spike in propagation. Still, many signals
way down in ESP territory.

I did manage to silence the neighbor's dimmer switch, at least temporarily. 
Another neighbor, however, apparently turned on another noisemaker right at
sunrise Saturday.  Such is the lot of the urban contester.
