Comments:

3rd time on the WVQP and my worst result .20m was open till 00:41 Z and made
many many QSOs on SSB from the USA, but it was 99% from all other states :)
unfortunatelly very few stations called me from WV.

 Most QSOs: W8OP/M 9 / 8 Cty, N8II 5 QSO, K3JT/8 3 QSO, K8JQ 3 QSO.

 Worked 3 new counties: MCD, MIN, WAY.

 Unfortunatelly no any QSO with bonus station. I HRD him on 40 and 80m SSB  but
on segment where from Europe cant transmitt :( I think bonus station MUST give
chance to all participated stations especially on QP where so low number of In
State stations taked part .....
