Band was open from 23utc to 1200utc each day.. but really a major absence of
stations.. combined with pretty high path attenuation figured mean't limited
opportunities for some 33 degrees south...  Oh to be near the Equator..
Worked zone 15,16,23,24,25,26,27,28,30,31 and 32..
