Notice: 23UTC the second day, We are running on 7190 mostly USA
Sudenly Lou EA3JE starts his oryginally CQ for North America without any asking
QRL. We tried to stop him but nothing. We noticed soon that he retransmitted
signal from other band because we could not hear his corespondents at all. We
lost good QRG.

Is that fair play? What was the reason of that transmission? We do not know
