This event was definitely different - new contest mode
nd skills.  The rules say "the six hours of off
time must be taken in no more than two bocks."
This was taken out of the ARRL RTTY contest rules.  I have never
understood exactly how this applied to someone who only operates
12 hours out of the 30 contest hours.  If you know, please send
