Comments:

Solar Flux being mostly 69, compared to 76 last year made quite a difference on
the high bands.  Europe on 20 ended early on Sunday with K-Index at 3.  I had a
run of a few dozen JA's on 15 in the last hour.

I had the opportunity to use a borrowed Elecraft KPA-1500 Solid State Amplifier
on Friday and Saturday for the contest. It worked ok, after a little learning
curve on "training" the antenna tuner.  At least it kept the shack a
little cooler than a pair of GU-74B's.
