Comments:

Truly abysmal conditions here!  Only a few loud signals. Most spotted signals
completely missing. Gave up on 40 early. 80 not much better. Felt more like a
lonely QSO party than a CWT. Finally stopped to check the solar weather, but
didn't see anything disruptive mentioned. What gives? 

Took time out to work VP6D/MM and got a "KB", which was nice.
