Club: Western Washington DX Club

Comments:

40m and 80m were extremely noisy with brutally high static crashes. Missed way
too many callers on 40m to the noise. Gave it my best shot to reel them in, but
the QRN won. 

Between building a new deck and operating the contest, I squeezed in as much
time as I could. 

Conditions definitely better on day two.
