Qs=60 / Projected Points=327 / LPx1.5=490

My second Stew, and my first Q was with W1BB -- so I knew this would
be better than last year!  It was fun, and the challenge forces
me to slowly improve my CW skills -- always the primary goal.

As my brain becomes less frustrated with decoding dits & dahs,
I find I'm able to spend more BIC time before becoming brain-dead.
Versus last year: doubled the BIC time; tripled the Qs;
septupled the projected points (more EU Qs.) Hopefully my
busted rate will be lower too.

Secondary goals:
   Last three states for 160 WAS from Maine (AK, HI, NV) -- NO
   Last three states for CW WAS from Maine (ID, NE, WY) -- got WY!
   Add countries for 160 DXCC (currently @ 76) -- NO
		...but did add a few countries on CW
QRN was either not there or S3-5 -- very binary.
