Comments:

Not a lot of BIC time for this one, but it was a bit disappointing to see so
little activity from the locals.  Normally there would be a fair number of
in-state stations to work with my QRP signal, but I only heard one other CN87
station, and he was S&Ping also.  Thanks to those who managed to dig out my
signal.
