Comments:

Thanks as always to John Evans N3HBX for letting me use the Poolesville station
for the second week in a row.  Thanks also to Mark KD4D for driving half-way
across Maryland to let me in!

Two contests: high bands (sucked) and low bands (terrific except for the rain
static).  40 in particular was a bottomless pit.  Really interesting e-skip
opening on 20 towards the evening.  Thanks for all of the moves - there were a
lot of them.

Best hour was 182 which was pretty rocking for a low power contest.
