Club: Potomac Valley Radio Club

Comments:

PVRC Blue Ridge Chapter gathered at the VFW Hall in Leesburg, VA for a mostly CW
2A effort. We had a small number of great operators, decent antennas, fabulous
weather, and a terrific time.  Would have like higher rates, but we managed to
stay awake.  We used a tri-band beam at about 50' and delta loops for 80 and 40.
 "Satellite Steve" - KS1G - did a great job with his satellite station
to get us the bonus and generate some public interest. It was a pleasure having
such great folks to build and operate our stations.  Also thanks to Kris for
being our meal "gofer".
