100w (folded back to ~60 due to SWR), 53' end-fed wire suspended for fishing rod
off of balcony.  Exceedingly poor RF ground!
I could hear many stations that were even very strong >S9 yet could not raise
any kind of response.  DX heard NP2J - but not worked!
