Comments:

Started on 40. Signals looked good, but not too many at the start, [0315Z - 48
QSOs] but it fizzled out after about 35 minutes.  Signals got weak and there
were not many on, as if everyone went to 80.  Worked a few more and went to 80
at 0342Z.  Ran for a bit, but was not productive,[ 0145Z - 113 QSOs] so S&P
at 0349Z.  Quite a few QSOs and good rate, about 3 a minute.
