SOAPBOX: Limited Op time, but wanted to help out a few Ops with the Wyoming
Mult. The 212 contact number would have been much bigger if folks would dispense
with the "Please Copy" jazz,and read the exchange information BEFORE
THE EVENT! Spent way too much time explaining the WFD rules to many
"Drive-Bys".
