Comments:

Jeff, KU8E, had been here doing antenna work and installing a new wireless
keyboard, trying to get ready for ARRL SS CW.  When he left to go home, I made
one CWT QSO at the half hour mark and after that the F keys wouldn't send CW. 
Jeff came back right after the hour was over and discovered that I had
apparently touched the Fn key and the Esc key at the same time and that locked
the F key function in OFF.  So now, I know. Will try to be QRV again at 0300Z
