Comments:

A tiny B3-flare at 1310Z after yesterday's wide M2-burst. 
Generally the conditions have been sliding back into the 
mud during the last week. Yet not much above Solar Min... 

Today's flutter QSB was challenging on 14 MHz. It deformed 
the copy of CW with strong jumps in amplitude. Also many 
stations were on top of each other trying to run their pile. 

A quick check on 21 MHz showed NA8V just above the threshold
and half a dozen weak USA in the noise. On 7 MHz the first to 
HEAR was Ina(Helga) IN3FHE and the last to WORK was Frans PA0INA. 
There were not too many operating on that bans in the last minutes.
