This was a ARRL authorized multi station, multi operator coordinated effort to
give the ARRL HQ multiplier to as many contest stations as possible - all W1AW/3
operations for this contest were located in the USA three land call district of
Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Thanks to W3LPL for his leadership and also thanks to the many operators that
were part of the W1AW/3 team (listed above).
