Comments:

Aurora was over 60 gigawatts throughout the full 
session. For X-rays we are on the less active side 
of the Solar disk with background levels at the 
B/C-border. After the session a C3-flare at 0900Z. 

Signals on 7 MHz were weak, but there was a good 
yield on RUN-mode. It was not much better on 14 MHz, 
but at least two USA in the log: K3MM and NA8V both 
with auroral widening. I could hear Stan/AH6KO, but 
my sloper wire is shielded by the apartment for that 
azimuth (about straight North). No signals on 21 MHz.

Overall a fair score for a morning-session.
