[AMPS] alpha 91b or 89?

Hi all,

I just signed up on the list and need some information.  I hope this
isn't a subject that has been beaten into the ground, if so my
apologies.  However, I am seriously considering buying an alpha 91b or
89 amp.  I have the material from the Company but do have a question.

There is a 900$dollar difference between the 91b and 89. Is the price
difference worth it for the 89? Any help on either of these amps would
be much appreciated.  My amp now is an icom 2kl.  I never had a manual
tune linear and also wonder how much of a band spread do you have before
a manual tune amp must be retuned?
