At the risk of starting another weeklong discussion I offer the following
Chris:

1. Reduce drive to roughly 65-75W maximum.
2. Tune for max output which should be ~ 700-800W and about 125-150ma of
grid current. 

Your tube, power supply and others on the band will all thank you.
