[AMPS] mosfet driver sought

hi all,

i'm in need of a solid-state (preferably MOSFET?) linear amplifier to 
use as a driver for 160 and 80 meters.  rather than embark on yet 
another design project, i'm thinking there has to be one out there 
already!  QST? handbook?  kit?

freq = 1.5 - 4.0 mhz
power out = 25 watts
gain = about 17 db
supply voltage = 13.6VDC

can anyone send me straight to a suitable reference?
