[AMPS] Pair 4-1000: Not for ham use.

My original post of 4-1000 info is for NON-HAM freq use. I am working on
building up a non-profit am shortwave station here in San Diego. Funds are
all out of my pocket and are very limited hence the previous post for
advice.
