[AMPS] Old ceramics

What is the shelf life of a ceramic final amplifier?  I have a 4CX1000A that's been in a stable, dry environment for about 20 years of storage since I've never had an application for it. The previous owner may have never even fired it up.

Also....we've heard a lot lately about 4-250s and 4-1000s.  How about some feedback from 4-400A users out there...
