[AMPS] distributed power amplifier

Im planning to built a distributed power amplifier using 12 pieces of ARF446 MOSFET at UDS 300VDC. Calculated bandwidth is up to 52 Mcs with power gain of 600.  
I have not found any literature how to calculate the max. output power for this kind of amplifiers. Maybe someone can help me out. The drain line impedance could be 50 or 12,5 Ohms and the maximum dissipation power of one ARF446 is 240W.
