Its in the McMaster-Carr catalog in sheets of 12" x 12" and up. 

There are a ton of  varieties, hardness, etc.  
If you need the actual ordering info, part #, etc  that is/was used by
Amp Supply, Alpha, etc. I can dig that up for you...I have it downstairs
somewhere!
