[AMPS] Power supply sag

        Very often the resistance of the primary or secondary winding causes the HV to sag more than predicted by the amount of capacitance used.
Ohmmeter the primary and multiply by the step up ratio. Add this value to the resistance of the secondary. This combination times the secondary current drawn (at idle) is a votlage drop that now amount of capacitance can overcome.
