There is a circuit in "The Nearly Perfect Amp[ifier" in the 1/94 issue of 
QST.  The switching speed is about 1.9mS.   Also see Figure 7B at:

You can buy the RJ-1A (RF output) relay from Fair Radio Sales 
419-227-6573 for about $35.  We sell a parts kit that includes the 
Matsushita RSD-12v reed-relay (for RF input switch), the resistors/caps 
and solid-state parts for $20.
