[AMPS] New Svetlana 3CX800A7 tube

I can't , of course, speak for the 3CX800.  But the St. Petersburg plan has
been building tubes a long time.  The Svetlana list includes dozens of high
power triodes.

hardly of statistical relevance)  I would try the 3CX800.
Unfortunately, there is no real financial incentive to do so yet.
