Before locking horns over the apparently new issue of non-dissipative 
resistance, Peter, it might be advisable to level the playing field a bit 
by declaring yourself to be a 'Recognized Expert'. 
-  If you can possible borrow a pair of IR goggles, they are useful for 
peering through smokescreens.
