[AMPS] Tuning ClippertonL for Output

Hi all,
	I just had my Dentron Clipperton L repaired (it had blown some
tuning caps). I'm trying to tune it for max output and the most I can
get is about 750-1000 watts on one or two bands. Is this a function of
the antenna and tuner (a Van Gorden Dipole up 20ft and MFJ 989C) or is
there something wrong still with the amplifier? Any guidance would be
helpful, as I'm still getting to know Hi power HF.
