probably not.  The 3-400z and the 3-500z have a 4000v rating.

The filament-grid shorting problem is primarily not due to a design 
defect in the 3-400z and 3-500z, rather it is due to failure to 
satisfactorily reduce vhf gain at the anode-resonance.  On the other 
hand, the incidence of filament-grid shorts could probably be reduced if 
a means of supporting the midpoints of the filament helices was 
incorporated in the design.
