[AMPS] Dentron DTR-2000 vs Dual 3-500z Amps?

I searched and couldn't find information about the Dentron DTR-2000 in the
archives, but I am wondering what the benefits of this single 8877 amp
might be over one of the many dual 3-500z amps (e.g. Swan MK2, Drake L7,
Amp Supply LK500zx, etc.)?
The primary application is 160-10m, ssb, amtor and pactor emergency and
