[AMPS] ALC - an elementary question

How does one address the destructive spikes on key-up that come out of many
of the modern rigs?  Mosfet amps are the most sensitive, but I wonder about
the 8877 amp I am getting.  Thanks & 73, DavidC  AA1FA
