[AMPS] Legal Limit Tuners

I have the MFJ '3KW' tuner with the roller inductor and like it OK. I can
tune up just about any marginally valid radiator with it and the dummy load,
though
wimpy, is handy. It has been in rigorous service for about 6 months.

However: I had to open the sucker up and tighten down the transmitter cap as
it became loose
and would flop over and cause all sorts of problems. Also the peak/avg
switch was
wired backwards.
