[AMPS] Step Start for Ameritron AL-80A

>From what I understand, QSK and step-start inrush protection are both
options with Ameritron.  True?  When one adds these to the basic price of an
amp, aren't you in the price range of the low-end Alpha, Henry, Command and
QRO product lines?
