B&W sold ferrite core RF chokes for many years to commercial builders.
They had the  BBC-2.5K and the BBC-5K.  They were 2.5KW and 5KW AM rated
respectively and the  BroadBandChoke was rated 2-30MHz continuous.
While a B&W distributor I sold about 20 of the BBC-5K into the ham
market. 
Unfortunately B&W is no longer in that market by I do have a 5K here that
I took apart with intentions of copying. At only 4" high it could be
adapted to several amps that have 12M or similar  problems.
