[AMPS] FL-2100B Low output on 10

I just picked up a very clean FL-2100B.  Having trouble with the relay,
probably just needs a little cleaning.  Output is low on 10 meters.  Full
output (600 + watts) on 40, 20 and 15. Anyone have any tips on this?  Also,
is anyone familiar with modifications that will allow full output operations
on 12 and 17 meters for the FL-2100B?
