[AMPS] resistors

Rich,

In my 2.5kv power supply I use a string of 4-47k and a couple of smaller
meter scaling and hv interlock resistors in series. They are on perf board.

The wattage is a lot smaller than 100.

Advantages are heat distributed in more resistors and both ends of the
string are far apart. The resistors only see a part of the supply voltage
across them.
