[AMPS] 8877 3 min Wait

Ive lost a chip on the timer board of my AL-1500.

This causes the HV to hit the 8877 on power-up.

If I wait 3-4 minutes before applying drive am I safe? Or, does the quick
advent of HV hurt the tube even without drive?
