RG-213/214 with Teflon male and female connectors will handle that
voltage safely ( Hi-pot tested to 5KV which is the cable limit) Carl.
The HN series can be also be used.
Alden Products in Brocton, MA has a complete line of connectors but they
have a minimum order. I will be reordering 100 of their connector sets
by the end of the month; I've been selling a 20KV rated set for about 10
years but ran my inventory out for year end tax reasons.
MHV are pretty well limited to 2 KV or so.
