[AMPS] FL2100B No Output

Hi
I am working on a Yeasu FL2100B that I had to replace the band switch due to
fried switch contacts (output side).  Now that it is fixed I still have no
output.  When I apply drive  I get some plate current (very little output) and
can get a dip with the plate cap.  However the loading cap has no affect at
all.  More drive does not help either. Are there some checks I can make to
narrow this down.  If the tubes are bad is there a way to check them?
