[AMPS] duplicate copies

Ok, it isn't just me getting 2 copies of some posts.  Larry "sheepdip"
Ravlin and Doug W9IIX are also getting 'em.

Now, has anyone just recently started getting bull sh1t "mail failure"
messages when replying or posting to the reflector ?
