[AMPS] High Speed Switching parts kit component error in Q1.

Apparently,  wrong polarity Q1 transistors have recently been sent out 
with our p/n 47 kits.  I am not sure when the switch was made, so I am 
sending the correct Q1 to everyone who ordered a kit this year.  .   
Sorry for the blunder.  

-  note -  If a wrong polarity transistor is used for Q1, it would 
probably switch 'on' permanently -  a.k.a. "short".
